Product Description 


Pressure parts of valve are casted with precision casting technology, with beautiful surface quality and no surface defects such as sticky sand and cold insulation.Internal quality is stable without defects such as loose, sand hole and crack.

Swing check valve adopts internal rocker arm swing structure. All open and close parts of the valve are installed inside the valve body, without penetrating the valve body.

Swing check valve rocker arm with the disc joint adopts spherical connection structure, make the disc in the range of 360 ℃ with a certain degree of freedom, trace position with proper compensation.

The sealing surface of the sealing side of valve is overlaid with welded alloy steel (13Cr) or hard alloy Stellite6, which is used in a medium with fine particles and will not be quickly worn by erosion.

The joint of the body and bonnet of valves with higher pressure (16Mpa or above) is provided with a pressure-self-tight seal structure, which is combined with a wedge ring and a four-open ring. The higher the pressure, the more reliable the seal.


Type and principle of valve

1 The gate valves

The gate valve is used as the cut-off medium. When fully open, the whole circulation passes through, and the pressure loss of medium operation is minimal. Gate valves are generally designed to operate under conditions that do not require frequent opening and closing and keep the gate fully open or fully closed. Not intended for use as an adjustment or throttling. For high-speed flowing media, gate plate can cause the vibration of gate under local open condition, and the vibration may damage the sealing cover of gate plate and seat, and the throttle will cause gate plate to suffer the erosion of medium. 


2 The stop valve

Globe valve is used to cut off the flow of medium. The stem axis of the globe valve is perpendicular to the sealing face of the seat. Once stop valve is fully open, it will no longer have a contact between the seat and clapper sealing surfaces, and is very can, by cutting action, thus its sealing surface mechanical wear and tear is small, because most of the cut-off valve seat and valve disc is easy to repair or replace the whole valve sealing components without removed from the pipeline, for valves and pipeline welding into one occasion is very applicable.

3 The butterfly valve

The disc of the butterfly valve is installed in the diameter direction of the pipe. 4 The ball valve

Ball valves are evolved from plug valves.It has the same rotation motion of 90 degrees, different is the plug body is the sphere, has the circle through its axis or channel. When the ball rotates 90 degrees, it should all appear spherical at the inlet and outlet, thus cutting off the flow.

Ball valves can be closed tightly with just 90 degrees of rotation and very little torque. Fully equal body cavity provides medium with little resistance, straight flow channel. Ball valves are best suited for open and closed use, but can also be used to throttle and control flow. The ball valve is characterized by its compact structure, easy to operate and maintain, suitable for water, solvent, acid and natural gas, and also suitable for medium with harsh working conditions, such as oxygen, hydrogen peroxide, methane, ethylene, resin, etc. Ball valve body can be integral or combined.



5 The check valve

The function of the check valve is to allow the medium to flow in only one direction and prevent the direction from flowing. Usually the valve operates automatically, and the disc opens under a flow pressure in one direction. When the fluid is flowing in the opposite direction, the pressure of the fluid and the self-aligning disc of the disc act on the seat to cut off the flow.Includes swing check valve and lift check valve.



6 The pressure reducing valve

Pressure-reducing valve is an automatic valve which reduces the pressure of medium to a certain value. There are many types of pressure relief valves, mainly piston type and spring-film type.The piston pressure reducing valve is a valve that depressurizes by the action of the piston. The spring membrane pressure reducing valve relies on the spring and the film to balance the pressure.
